McDermott Will & Schulte bolsters Banking & Finance practice in Frankfurt with addition of Oliver Sutter

Sutter brings more than two decades of experience in finance, corporate lending and restructuring. He advises banks, sponsors and corporates on structuring and negotiating cross-border finance transactions, with work spanning acquisition, real estate and corporate financing, as well as complex recapitalizations and restructurings. He joins McDermott's Banking & Finance practice as a partner from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he led the German banking practice and served as co-head of the European General Banking and R&I.
