Strelia welcomes Jennifer Huybrechts as Counsel in Employment & Benefits practice
"Jennifer Huybrechts joins Strelia as Counsel in its Employment & Benefits practice, bringing experience from Van Bael & Bellis and 15 years leading Legal & Compliance for Bayer Benelux."
Huybrechts spent a decade at Van Bael & Bellis and most recently led Legal & Compliance for Bayer’s Benelux operations for fifteen years. She built teams, designed compliance frameworks, and advised management on complex commercial matters and internal investigations. She is joining Strelia as Counsel and returns to full-time legal practice, bringing that in-house compliance and business perspective to clients who need employment counsel that understands both legal requirements and how businesses operate.
Her practice at Strelia will focus on employment matters including collective labour relations, compliance design and navigating sensitive internal issues. Her approach is described as direct and practical, concentrating on solutions that serve clients’ broader interests.
Jennifer is currently completing a postgraduate Master in Labour & Employment Law at VUB and holds degrees from KU Leuven, King’s College London and KU Brussels.
