Brazeau is a technology practitioner who advises on the legal and commercial structuring of complex, high-value technology initiatives across the UAE and the wider GCC. His practice concentrates on large-scale digital transformation, artificial intelligence and data-driven platforms, fintech and regulated technology products. He regularly acts as product counsel to leading technology companies and advises boards, general counsel and senior technology leaders on mission-critical technology arrangements, including platform buildouts, cloud and infrastructure transformations and strategic technology partnerships in highly regulated environments.
He joins Ashurst as a partner to support the firm’s expanding Digital Economy practice and the establishment of a dedicated technology offering in the Middle East. His appointment is part of Ashurst’s broader regional growth, which has seen the Middle East team more than double to over 20 partners in under two years.
