Gibson Dunn Expands Singapore Private Equity and M&A Team with Partners Nigel Gleeson, Jon Bowden and Alice Boughton

The team brings extensive experience advising private equity firms, infrastructure and real-asset investors, sovereign-linked institutions, and corporates on significant transactions in the APAC region, and will work closely with Gibson Dunn’s private equity and M&A teams across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
Nigel Gleeson: Nigel joins Gibson Dunn as a partner in the Private Equity and M&A Practice Groups. He focuses on private equity and M&A transactions for financial sponsors, including private equity firms, pension and infrastructure funds, and sovereign-linked investors across sectors and the APAC region. He has extensive experience advising financial sponsors on complex infrastructure and real asset investments and previously led a Southeast Asia M&A practice.
Jon Bowden: Jon joins Gibson Dunn as a partner in the Private Equity and M&A Practice Groups. He advises private equity firms, financial sponsors and corporates on a full spectrum of complex cross-border M&A and corporate transactions across Asia, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia. His practice spans a broad range of industries and sectors.
Alice Boughton: Alice joins Gibson Dunn as a partner in the Private Equity and M&A Practice Groups. She has extensive experience advising private capital sponsors and corporates on high-value public and private M&A, joint ventures, reorganizations and capital raisings. Her work covers a wide range of industries and jurisdictions, with particular strength in transactions involving sophisticated, multi-party structures.
