"EllipseIP has appointed Inmaculada González López as partner in its intellectual and industrial property practice."
González López brings more than 20 years’ experience in intellectual and industrial property. She joins EllipseIP from BomhardIP, where she led the firm’s Spanish practice. Previously she worked as an associate at Cuatrecasas. She advises national and international companies on trademarks, industrial designs, patents and copyright, and on the definition of strategies for the protection, exploitation and defence of intangible assets.
She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Barcelona and an LL.M. from the University of Munich.
