Jayousi’s advisory work covers real estate and construction disputes, banking and insolvency matters, and financial crime litigation. His career spans more than eighteen years advising on complex commercial disputes across the UAE, with particular experience in UAE onshore litigation and offshore jurisdictions. A qualified Solicitor of England and Wales, he regularly appears in and sits on international arbitrations under DIAC, ICC, SCCA, IICRA and ArbitrateAD rules, acting both as counsel and as arbitrator.
