Maisto e Associati appoints Thomas Vella as General Manager and Loris Ferrari as Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Vella has been appointed Direttore Generale (General Manager). In his new role he will support the partners in the management and development of the firm. Vella brings solid experience in the legal and tax services sector, gained as a partner at an international executive search and advisory firm; he previously worked at LHH.
Loris Ferrari assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for the finance area. His appointment strengthens the firm’s administrative and financial function, supported by long experience in the professional firms sector. Ferrari previously worked at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati.
