Enrico Troianiello joins Giovannelli e Associati as partner
"Giovannelli e Associati hires Enrico Troianiello as partner in its corporate department and Giacomo Mario Pino as senior associate; both join from Dentons. Troianiello will focus on corporate M&A and private equity work."
Enrico Troianiello primarily handles extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and restructurings. Over the years he has specialised in advising private equity funds and entrepreneurs on investments and disposals of companies in Italy and abroad. He joins Giovannelli e Associati from Dentons.
Giacomo Mario Pino joins Giovannelli e Associati as a senior associate. He arrives at the firm from Dentons.
