Dentons welcomes Vanessa Fennell as Partner in St. Lucia

Vanessa brings deep multi-jurisdictional experience and has advised on a broad range of onshore, offshore and cross-border corporate finance transactions. Her practice encompasses corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate finance, banking, securities and real estate, and she supports clients on complex cross-border legal and regulatory issues across multiple jurisdictions, with particular experience in St. Lucia, Antigua & Barbuda, Jamaica and Saint Kitts & Nevis.
She returns to Dentons as a Partner, having been established as a Partner across key Caribbean markets. In addition to her legal practice, Vanessa is active in outreach and charity work and is highly engaged in professional service and community leadership. She said she is proud to rejoin Dentons and contribute to its Pan‑Caribbean client service and people‑centred culture.
