King & Spalding Welcomes Fund Finance Partner Chris Montgomery
"Chris Montgomery joins King & Spalding as a partner in its Finance and Restructuring practice in New York, where he will work on fund finance matters representing lenders and sponsors."
Montgomery represents lenders and sponsors on the full spectrum of fund finance transactions. He joins King & Spalding from Cadwalader, where he was a partner, and will enter King & Spalding at partner level in the Finance and Restructuring practice. Montgomery received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his M.A. and B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
