King & Spalding Adds Antitrust Partner Joshua Hazan in New York

"King & Spalding hires antitrust partner Joshua Hazan in New York to its Business Litigation practice; he will handle antitrust litigation, FTC/DOJ investigations and merger clearance work."

Joshua Hazan has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group in New York.

Hazan’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, as well as advising clients on obtaining antitrust approvals for challenging transactions domestically and internationally. He represents clients across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, healthcare, energy, real estate, aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, and waste disposal. Hazan joins King & Spalding from Simpson Thacher and will be based in New York. He enters the firm as a partner. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and holds an M.P.P. and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
