Thibault is a leading Investment Funds lawyer whose practice focuses on fund formation and private equity transactions. He advises on a broad spectrum of funds, including private equity funds (LBO, growth and venture), funds of funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds and continuation funds. He has experience on primary transactions, advising asset managers through every stage of the fund lifecycle, and in the secondary market, regularly assisting clients with GP- and LP-led transactions.
Firm leaders said his skillset and experience across the full fund lifecycle will expand Hogan Lovells’ offering in France and add depth to the firm’s Private Equity & Funds platform.
