Francisco Martins Caetano joins Paramount Legal as partner
"Francisco Martins Caetano has joined Paramount Legal as a partner and will work in Corporate, M&A and Private Equity."
Caetano was a senior associate at Cuatrecasas until last November. He began his career at SRS Advogados and is a corporate lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience advising national and international companies. He joins Paramount Legal as a partner.
His practice is focused on Corporate, M&A and Private Equity, areas he developed in Lisbon and in London. He also advises on corporate governance and corporate compliance and has solid experience in startup investment processes, including the structuring of seed, venture capital and growth investments, and advising on term sheets, NDAs, debt and equity investments, joint ventures and vesting agreements. Caetano is the national representative for Portugal at the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
