Guarente, who joins from Bergs and More, graduated from the Second University of Naples and is registered with the Bar of Bolzano. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and other higher jurisdictions. He has consolidated experience in corporate and commercial law, in the administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/01, in personal data protection and in the law of new technologies. During his career he has assisted Italian and foreign companies, including multinationals, supporting them in the design of organizational models, compliance systems and risk management strategies.
He holds positions as chairman and member of supervisory bodies in leading enterprises and serves as Data Protection Officer for companies operating in various sectors. He also teaches and speaks at masters, conferences and training courses on 231 compliance, anti-corruption and data protection. His training includes postgraduate courses in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, cybercrime and digital investigations, as well as executive programs in Data Protection Officer, ESG and corporate sustainability and a Computer Science for Lawyers program at Harvard Law School.
