Agostini brings over thirty years of experience in corporate law, tax law and corporate legal advisory. He has assisted national and international clients in increasingly complex transactions and matters in the areas of M&A, project financing, corporate restructurings and compliance. He joins Solving as a partner, coming from Eversheds Sutherland where he served as of counsel. Prior to that he held roles of responsibility at Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners and Carnelutti.
