Padovan strengthens customs practice with Monosi and Venuti

Attorney Massimo Monosi will join Padovan as head of the customs litigation team and will be based in the Milan office. He brings consolidated experience in customs law and international taxation developed at leading professional firms. Monosi concentrates on customs litigation and on advisory work in the areas of royalties and license agreements, customs due diligence, exporter authorisations, and issues such as origin and customs classification, anti-dumping duties, WEEE and EEE regulation and CE marking. He has also collaborated with public bodies and trade associations, delivering specialist training in customs matters. His arrival further strengthens the firm’s support to companies in managing customs disputes.
Manuel Venuti also joins Padovan to bolster the firm’s coverage of the customs law, trade compliance and export control areas, contributing to the expansion of the firm’s capabilities across the entire cycle of customs operations and international trade.
