SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz strengthens restructuring practice with partner Dr. Dietmar Schulz

Dr. Schulz is a leading expert in restructuring, reorganisation and insolvency-related advisory work. Before joining SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz he led the restructuring practice of a major international law firm. He advises companies, managers, finance parties and investors in crisis situations, with particular focus on complex out-of-court restructurings, StaRUG matters, insolvency plans, and the structuring of financing and investment models. He also has many years of experience advising on NPL transactions and distressed M&A. He joins SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz at partner level.
Dr. Schulz will be based in Munich and Frankfurt and will work closely with the firm’s existing interdisciplinary restructuring and insolvency team.
