MAQS Advokatbyrå appoints Karin Roberts as Partner and Head of Regulatory

Roberts specialises in competition law and has extensive experience in anti-competitive practices, abuse of dominance, merger control and competition neutrality. She advises clients on complex matters such as infringement investigations, dawn raids, merger filings and compliance.
Her expertise also covers regulatory matters and security law, including foreign direct investment screenings, export controls and sanctions. She assists clients with tailored compliance advice and guidance during government investigations, particularly within the life sciences, food industry, waste management, retail and other regulated sectors.
Roberts joins from a corporate law firm and has previously served as Deputy Head of Unit at the Swedish Competition Authority.
